This short film "0507" camera work is done is a simple but effective way. Through out most of the film a low camera angle is used which is then parthered with a medium shot so that the audience can see the surrounding at what is happening in the fim between the couple. Half way through the film the camera cuts to a closer shot of the male character but is still in medium shot range. This is to make the dramatic pause more amusing to the viewer while they see him struggle to remember his girlfriends birthday.

 

The mise-en-scene in this is also simple. The characters clothes are very mordern everyday styles which do not attract to much attention. From the surrounding we can assume that they are either woking class because from the looks of the building it looks like an apartment or flat. The props used are everyday objects that a couple would have on a night in watching films which represents them as normal people. The body and face expressions are the used mostly for the audience entertainment when the male character doesn't know what to do when he needs to organise the reception for the wedding and remembering the password to the phone.

 

The sound used in the film is non-diegetic the only thing we hear is the T.V. in the background. Apart from that it is mostly dialouge between the two characters which suggest they are close friends or a couple. The editing in this film is also kept to a minimum.
